Well ok, I officially suck at this.................my scanners on the blink, my camera is old and dieing, plus thanks to art foundation I have actually had no time to post, make or do any art whatsoever...........wierd huh??
Either way I feel like I'm slowly drowning in the whole steampunk craze...........for example, today was the start of my graphics week and we were looking at the creation of art books to show and advertise work, so basically like a childrens book but with less pop ups and more meaning.............Anyway, I found myself zoning out half way through the lecture and by the time it had finished, yes I had all my notes but they had somehow been meshed in this labrynth of clockwork mechanical creations that I'd been thinking about and trying to work out if they'd move, I'd even drawn a fairy on one of them mucking about with the wiring?!?!

Heh I even found myself mucking about with the way I put on make up today, rather than just using my liquid eye-liner for eye-liner I ended up drawing this random connection of different cogs and gears ina pattern of a sort of tear on my cheek.............maybe this is my subconscious telling me that I'm not meant for fine art and that actually I should be thinking about an apprenticeship in clockwork machines??? Hopefully not although I would like to try it out at somepoint, if only so I can make the toys I'd drawn today............
Asides from all that this journal thingy is turning into an odd sort of diary, which is wrong nd should not happen!! So starting tomorrow I'm fixing my scanner and posting as much of my art as possible!!!
